NATURAL CHURCH DEVELOPMENT(NCD)

In practical terms, we apply the principles arising from the research of the Institute of Natural Church Development so you will probably hear lots of talk about “NCD”. We are rather excited and passionate about this at St Simon’s because this research has found that the healthier a church is the more we experience Jesus’ promise of abundant life. NCD provides a way of measuring the health of our church by quantifying different components of church life. This enables us to identify our focus for becoming healthier. Our hope for you is that you will join us in this ongoing process of church health that, with us, you may experience all God promises- abundant life.
